Ethereal Tensity is a collaborative project between young creatives, adopting the garments of Joshua Samuels and Nathalie Kamber as a starting point of an immersive visual narrative.

 

Within the film, the two designs meet in a narrative of empowerment and the tension that

results with aspiring to freedom during restrictions.

The eclectic structurality of the designers is juxtaposed to the movement of the performers,

playing with the contrast between the seductive fluidity of the fabrics and the tragedy of the physical and mental environment of fear; represented through distorted sounds.

Ethereal Tensity is a story of escapism. An anecdote about a deeply relatable emotion,

true to the human species, and to the contemporary environment we live in.

 

We believe that, as creatives, we have the responsibility of social commentators.

For this reason, this project is a combination of design and research,

ensuring the relevance of both message and aesthetic.

The result is a narrative of oxymorons, an invitation to reflection.
